About Us
Twin Pines Technologies LLC is a computer consulting and repair firm located in Wayland, NY. The company was founded in September 2002 and was “home based” until April 2008. At that time, due to increasing demand, the business was moved into a retail location. With a constantly increasing volume of service calls and repairs, we purchased a building that would fit our needs for the foreseeable future.
Twin Pines Technologies is located at 11461 State Route 21 in Wayland, NY. Our store is staffed 10 AM to 6 PM weekdays and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays. On-site service is available for business clients and for some residential calls like networking issues.
About Fred Grambs III
I am the author of this blog and the owner of Twin Pines Technologies LLC. I have over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. I started in IT working as a network support engineer for a large dot-com company in NYC that operated over 220 servers to run the website. From there, I moved on to become a Senior Software Support Engineer for a workflow management software company.
I hold several technology certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional for Windows Server NT, 2000, and Small Business Server, as well as Microsoft Technology Specialist for Windows Vista. My company, Twin Pines Technologies LLC, is certified as a Microsoft Small Business Specialist.
I am active in our local community and currently serve ont he Board of Directors for Wayland Area Revitalization, Inc and I am the current Ambulance Captain with the Wayland FD.
